If you want to achieve a deep grey affect I would recommend mixing the Maria Nila Black Refresh into the Pearl Siver. I think it would work well as a mixer for other colours as well. You can also achieve the mermaid hair color by mixing it. Once you open the braid, you will find soft waves that will highlight your silver-blue hair. Mermaid waves are easy to achieve even by simply braiding your hair while it is semi-wet and leaving it to naturally dry. I personally don’t mind the blue tints but if you want something quite bright that doesn’t stain fair hair, this is fanastic. Let the hair loose for a bit and finger-comb to let it flow effortlessly. Compared to the Adore colour, the Maria Nila colour doesn’t have any blue pigments in it which means you get a truer brighter colour. It’s definitely brightened up the colour of my hair while leaving a hint of grey which I love. Its obvious that blue hair isnt just for punkers and cartoon characters. I then applied the colour evenly all over and left it for about 40 minutes before washing it out and using a little hair conditioner : Dont blame us if you end up dyeing your hair blue. When you purchase a Maria Nila hair dye, you do get a little pack of latex gloves which is convenient! Before applying the colour, I just washed my hair to open up the cuticles and then towel dried it. I’m always trying out new non permanent hair colours as I like to the ease of doing my own hair and changing it at my will. Over the course of the last two years I’ve been turning into a bit of a hair chameleon, going from blonde, to pink, to magenta, to purple to grey and eventually to this sort of lilac/silver/grey combo that I’m really pleased with.
